All modular bathroom pods from Badelement A/S are produced at the company’s 3 factories in Poland, through the subsidiary Badelement Polska Sp. z o.o.

Here, the company has modern production facilities that enable the annual production of more than 10,000 bathroom pods. The factory has a total of 32,000 m2 under roof and employs around 600 employees – construction technicians, skilled and unskilled labourers. Most with a background in construction, but all specialised in the production of bathroom pods. All production is based on the drawings and specifications that Badelement A/S has designed in collaboration with the individual customer and to Danish standards.

All installation parts such as sanitary, electrical, water and heating components as well as tiles, cabinets and worktops are purchased in Horsens and sent to the factories in Poland for installation.

The factories are divided into 4 major sections: Concrete mixing, foundries, the factories where assembly and installation takes place and finally an outdoor warehouse where elements and raw pods are stored before assembly and installation.
